Payments are discreet. Your statement won't mention fuckd.ai or anything adult.
Card payments (memberships and Spunk top-ups): show as EPOCH, our payment processor.
Crypto: shows in your wallet as a payment to CryptoCloud.
G2A gift codes: show as a G2A purchase.
A charge I don't recognise
Check with anyone else who might use your card first. If you still don't recognise it, contact hello@fuckd.ai with the date and amount, and we'll look it up.
If something's wrong with a charge, talk to us before going to your bank. We can usually sort it out quickly. A chargeback cancels the membership straight away and removes any remaining Spunk.
