I'm not getting emails from fuckd.ai
What to check when a password reset or other email hasn't arrived.

We email you for password resets, payments and, if you've opted in, news and offers. If one hasn't arrived, try the following.
Check the usual places
Wait a few minutes. Emails can be delayed.
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. If you find us there, mark the email as "not spam" so future ones reach your inbox.
Search your mailbox for fuckd.ai. Our emails come from hello@mail.fuckd.ai, so add that address to your contacts.
Check the email address
Your account email is shown on your Account page. Emails only go to that address.
Signed up with Google or Discord? Emails go to the address on that account.
Signed up with X? X doesn't always share an email address, so we may have no way to email you. Sign in with X instead of using a reset link.
Password reset emails
Each link works for 1 hour. If yours has expired, request a new one from Forgot password?
For your security, we don't say whether an account exists for an email address. If nothing arrives, that address may not have an account, or it may have been created with Google, Discord or X.
Marketing emails
To start or stop news and offers, go to Account → Email Preferences → Marketing emails, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Password and payment emails are always sent.
Still nothing?
Email hello@fuckd.ai. Tell us your account email and which email you were expecting.
