My payment was declined. What should I do?
Why banks decline payments, how to fix it, and other ways to pay.

Declines usually come from your bank, not from us. Many banks are cautious about adult or international payments. Most declines can be fixed in a few minutes.
Try these first
Check your card details: number, expiry date, security code and billing postcode.
Check your balance or credit limit.
Allow online and international payments in your banking app. Some cards block them by default.
Approve the payment if your bank sends a notification or a one-time code.
Call your bank and ask them to allow the payment. Tell them it's a payment to EPOCH.
Try another way to pay
A different card. Credit cards are often declined less than debit cards.
Crypto.
A gift code from G2A.

My renewal was declined
If your membership renewal fails, update your card from the Membership page with Update Payment Details. Your membership ends at the end of the period you've paid for if the renewal can't go through.

Contact support or join our Discord and we'll help you get it sorted.
Contact support from Support / Reports in the menu, or email hello@fuckd.ai. Tell us the time you tried, the payment method and any error message. Never send us your full card number.
