How do I request a refund?

You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of paying. Here's what qualifies and how to ask.

Memberships

A membership can be refunded if:

• you ask within 24 hours of the payment, and

• you've used no more than 20 Spunk, and

• you paid by credit or debit card.

Spunk packs

A Spunk pack can be refunded if:

• you ask within 24 hours of the payment, and

• you haven't used any Spunk from the pack, and

• you paid by credit or debit card.

Packs bought by mistake are only guaranteed a refund if the mistake was caused by our system.

What can't be refunded

• Crypto payments and gift codes.

• Requests made more than 24 hours after paying.

• Technical problems on your side, such as your device or connection.

• Content removed, or accounts restricted, for breaking our rules.

How to ask

Email hello@fuckd.ai within 24 hours of paying, or use Support / Reports in the menu. Include:

• your account email,

• the date and amount of the payment, and

• what you'd like refunded.

What happens after a refund

A refunded membership is cancelled straight away. Premium features and any remaining Spunk are removed when the refund is processed.

Talk to us first

If something's wrong with a payment, contact us before going to your bank. It's the quickest way to get it sorted. A chargeback through your bank cancels your membership straight away and removes any remaining Spunk.
