I paid but my account still shows as free

If you've paid but your account still shows as free, it's usually one of these.

1. The payment is still confirming

• Card: usually a few seconds, occasionally a few minutes.

• Crypto: a minute or two, and up to 10 minutes when the network is slow. Your membership switches on by itself once it's confirmed.

• Reactivating a cancelled membership: can take up to a day.

Give it a few minutes, then refresh the page.

2. You're signed in to a different account

This is the most common cause. Accounts are matched by email address, so if you've signed in with Google, Discord or X using a different email, or with X at all, you may have more than one account.

1. Check the email on your Account page.

2. Compare it with the email your payment receipt was sent to.

3. If they're different, sign out and sign in with the other method.

3. The page needs refreshing

Refresh the page, or sign out and back in. That's usually enough to update your plan.

Contact support from Support / Reports in the menu, or email hello@fuckd.ai. Include:

• The email of the account you want upgraded.

• The date, amount and payment method.

• Your receipt or transaction ID. For crypto, include the transaction hash.
