Why is a character no longer public?
Why public characters are sometimes removed, and how to appeal.

A public character can disappear from the characters list if our moderators remove it. This usually happens after a report, or when a character turns out to break our rules.
Common reasons
It was reported and found to break our Community Guidelines or Community Character Policy.
It was found to resemble a real person, or a character someone else owns.
It received a valid legal or copyright removal request.
If it's your character
Check its status in My AI. If you think it was removed by mistake, email hello@fuckd.ai with the character's name and why you think it should be restored. We review every appeal.
If it's someone else's character
Characters removed for breaking the rules aren't coming back. If you'd like a similar companion, create your own.
