How does my monthly Spunk allowance work?

Every membership comes with Spunk: some when you join, then more every month. How much depends on your plan. Each plan on the Membership page shows its Spunk, and Deluxe includes much more than Premium.

When it arrives

Monthly plans

Your Spunk is added when you join, then again each time your membership renews, on the same day each month as your first payment.

3-month and yearly plans

You pay for the whole term up front, but your Spunk still arrives every month, not all at once:

• Your first Spunk is added as soon as you pay. On some plans this first amount includes a bonus.

• After that, your monthly amount is added on the same date each month until your term ends, even if you've cancelled in the meantime.

If you joined on the 31st, shorter months pay out on their last day instead.

Does it roll over?

Yes. While your membership is active, unused Spunk stays in your balance and carries over from month to month. For what happens when a membership ends, see What happens when my membership ends?

Checking what you have

The Membership page shows your current balance, your plan and your next billing date.

Need more before it refreshes?

Press your Spunk balance in the menu, or Top Up Spunk on the Membership page. Top-ups are one-off payments and never renew. See Can I buy Spunk without a membership?

My Spunk didn't arrive

1. Check the date: Spunk arrives on your renewal day, not the 1st of the month.

2. Check that your renewal payment went through. If it was declined, see My payment was declined.

3. Refresh the page, or sign out and back in.
