Why did my generation fail?
What each generation error means, what to do about it, and how refunds work.

Most failed generations are refunded automatically. Here's what each message means and what to do next.
"Image generation was moderated"
What it means: your prompt, or the picture that came back, broke our content rules, so it was blocked.
What to do:
Rephrase the prompt and leave out anything on the Community Guidelines banned list. Anything that reads as underage, non-consensual or involving a real person is blocked.
Your Spunk is refunded.
Our moderation isn't always perfect. If you think we've got it wrong, contact us from Support / Reports in the menu or at hello@fuckd.ai, and we'll either put it right or explain why it was blocked.

"Generation timed out"
What it means: there's been no result after 5 minutes. Busy periods can slow things down, especially for longer or higher-resolution videos.
What to do: give it a while and check My AI again, because it can still finish. If it never arrives and your Spunk wasn't returned, contact support with the time you started it and we'll sort it out.
"Generation failed"
What it means: something went wrong on our side.
What to do: try again in a few minutes. Your Spunk is refunded. If it keeps happening, contact support.
Not enough Spunk
What it means: your balance is lower than the cost shown on the Generate button.
What to do: top up your Spunk, or wait for your membership allowance to arrive. See How does my monthly Spunk allowance work?
It worked, but it looks wrong
The face or body doesn't match your character: switch the image model to Morph.
An edit changed more than you asked: turn off the prompt enhancer and edit again.
Something unwanted keeps appearing: add it to the Negative prompt.

I wasn't refunded
Refunds usually land within a few minutes.
Refresh the page and check your balance again.
Check My AI to confirm the generation failed rather than still running.
If it's still missing after 15 minutes, contact support with the time it failed, what you were generating and your current balance.
